Rent the Lower Nicola Community Hall

Our hall is available for:

The hall is well-equipped to accommodate both social gatherings and professional events.

 

Amenities include:

  • WiFi access — ideal for business meetings and training days
  • Sound system
  • Tables and chairs included with rental
  • Kitchen access (non-commercial), including stove and refrigerators
  • Coffee urns available for use
  • Wheelchair-accessible building
  • Accessible washroom located on the main floor
  • Digital outdoor sign available for event promotion (for a small additional fee)

Please note: The kitchen is not a commercial facility and is available only as part of a hall rental. It is not rented independently.

Whether you’re planning a celebration, community gathering, craft fair, or corporate meeting, the space is flexible, welcoming, and functional for a wide range of needs.

 

Rental Fees

Basic Hall Rental (Saturday 9:00am – Sunday 12:00pm): $350.00
Includes use of the outdoor digital sign for advertising one week prior to your event.

  • Early Set-Up: $100.00
  • Half Day Rental (4 hours): $100.00
  • Damage Deposit: $250.00 (refundable, subject to post-event inspection)
